Eligibility Window You may request a return within 7 days of delivery. Requests made after this period unfortunately cannot be accepted.

Conditions for Return To qualify for a return, your item must be:

• Unused, unwashed, and in its original condition
• In its original packaging, with all tags/accessories included
• Accompanied by your order number or proof of purchase

Valid Reasons for Return

• Item received is damaged or defective
• Wrong item, size, or color delivered
• Item significantly differs from what was described/shown
• Change of mind (unopened/unused items only)

Non-Returnable Items For hygiene and safety reasons, the following cannot be returned unless defective on arrival:

• Personal care/skincare items once opened or used
• Electronics showing signs of use, tampering, or physical damage
• Items missing original packaging or accessories
